- The tenant must read and accept the rules and regulations

- The tenant is responsible for fitting out and moving
costs if applicable.
- In the event that the tenant offers a deposit
representing the first month's rent and a security deposit,
the amounts must be paid directly to the lessor. The
security deposit will be returned to the tenants by the
lessor within a maximum of 15 days following their
departure, once the premises have been returned in the same
conditions as when they took possession.
